Disney Theme Parks
Rainforest café is at every Disneyland location worldwide. Besides the restaurant spaces themselves we have been able to work with the Disney design team to design and implement additional features.
Downtown Disney, Orlando, FL
75 foot erupting volcano with waterfall over the 600 seat, 25,000 square foot restaurant.
Disney's Animal Kingdom, Orlando, FL
At the entrance to Animal Kingdom we created a waterfall that is 60 feet high and 300 feet wide with a flow of over 25,000 gallons per minute. The volcano sits on top of the 700 seat, 30.000 sq. ft. restaurant.
Disneyland, Paris, France
At the entrance to the park, an island jungle which has overtaken an ancient ruin.
Downtown Disney, Anaheim, CA
In keeping with the urban architecture of Los Angeles, we created a Frank Lloyd Wright interpretation of a Mayan Temple Ruin overrun by lush jungle landscape and spectacular waterfalls.
Rainforest café is a highly themed 300 to 700 seat restaurant chain that opened it's first unit in the fall of 1995 and operating 42 units worldwide. Parragué development was tasked with the design and construction of all stores.
42 Restaurants in less than 5 years
Parrague Development was able to open the 42 restaurants in less than 5 years including 12 units in international locations such as Hong Kong, England, France, Japan, Canada, Mexico, Singapore and Mainland China.
Tribal Land Development
Parragué Development represented the Hopland Band of Pomo Indians and directed the master planning and design for all land use on the reservation. We directed and coordinated development of all infrastructure including a new well, water treatment plant as well as water and sewer distribution etc.
We directed the code compliance of the current 20,000 sq. ft. gaming facility and development of a 10,000 sq. ft. expansion. Parragué is currently directing the development of the new Sho-Ka-Wah Casino - an $80 Million casino, convention center and 500 room hotel.
Best Buy - Media Play
Parragué Development created the original concept for the Media Play stores which opened in 1992. Until their purchase by Best Buy in 2001, Parragué Development was responsible for the construction of all stores throughout the United States - close to 100 locations.
